About The Position

The Martinique New York on Broadway is looking for a temporary Banquet House Attendant to join our team! Our historic 504-room hotel places you near iconic New York City attractions. Our hotel boasts an amazing 7,400 square feet of event space! The ideal candidate will have experience as a houseperson or a similar role in a hotel of a similar size, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. As a Banquet House Attendant, you would be responsible for setting up and cleaning banquet facilities for functions. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events.
Clean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events.
