About The Position
Anthology Events is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Banquet Greeter. Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, work well on a team, and be comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with various duties through the Event.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting.
- Experience in a fine dining service environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Maintain high energy throughout events amongst clients and staff.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cleanliness throughout the Event.
- Providing concierge style assistance to guests.
- Handling coat check.
- Restocking Bathrooms.
- Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues
- Polished presentation and communication with VIP clients and management.
- Escorting guest from lobby to event space
