Position Overview Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a Banquet Execution Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food for banquets, member events, weddings, and large-scale functions while maintaining the standards of excellence our members expect. This position is ideal for a motivated cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team delivering memorable dining experiences. Requirements

  • Previous experience in banquet, hotel, or high-volume kitchen environments preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute banquet menu items according to established recipes, standards, and production schedules
  • Assist with preparation and service for large-scale events including weddings, club events, and tournaments
  • Work closely with the banquet chef and culinary leadership to ensure timely and consistent food execution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support kitchen operations including prep work, station setup, and breakdown after events
  • Assist with proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless banquet service
