About The Position

The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing food for banquets

Requirements

  • Prior line cooking experience including sauté, grill, fry oven and steam.
  • Posses a team player attitude and be flexible.
  • Understand and have basic knowledge of sanitation procedures.
  • Prior cooking experience plus 1-2 years prior cooking experience
  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
  • Must present a neat and professional appearance.
  • Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
  • Ability to read and follow directions from recipes.

Nice To Haves

  • Work prefers 2-3 years cook experience.
