The Banquet Cook II is responsible for setting up and organizing their work area, preparing and storing food products, following standardized recipes, adhering to portion control, plating cold foods, monitoring finished products, and ensuring food sanitation standards are met. This role also involves maintaining equipment and cleanliness of the work area, promoting teamwork, and complying with hotel standards and safety regulations.
