Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a talented Banquet Cook 2 to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you'll help create unforgettable dining experiences for events of every style — from elegant weddings under the desert sky to high-energy corporate celebrations. As a Cook 2 in Banquets, you'll showcase your creativity, precision, and passion for excellence while preparing dishes that reflect the world-class standards of Four Seasons. This mid-level position is perfect for a culinary professional ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where every plate tells a story.

Requirements

  • Great attitude as well
  • 2-5 years previous culinary experience and/or culinary degree
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card required
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards
  • Completing mis en place and set up stations
