The Banquet & Concert Set-Up Manager is responsible for supervising banquet and event set-up staff to ensure all function spaces are prepared according to catering and convention contracts. This role oversees the planning, organization, and execution of banquet events, conferences, and large-scale concerts held at the amphitheater or outdoor event spaces. The manager ensures proper staffing, equipment readiness, safety compliance, and timely execution of all event set-ups and breakdowns while maintaining Marriott service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
