About The Position

Are you someone who enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that brings events to life? Snowmass Club is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and creating beautiful, functional event spaces. In this role, you are responsible for the setup, breakdown, and overall presentation of banquet and member events. Your attention to detail and ability to execute event plans ensures that every function runs smoothly and meets the high standards of Snowmass Club. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in preparing spaces that create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • One year of related work experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event diagrams and instructions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team needs
  • Frequent standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions
  • Continuous movement, including up and down stairs
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and occasionally noisy environments

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Follow direction from management and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Complete full setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces
  • Arrange tables, buffets, stages, podiums, and other event equipment according to diagrams and specifications
  • Reset banquet rooms and dining spaces for upcoming functions
  • Move tables, chairs, and equipment to support event transitions
  • Transport equipment between storage areas and event locations
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet storage areas and equipment rooms
  • Clean and properly store tables, chairs, and banquet equipment
  • Collect and transport soiled linens to designated areas
  • Roll silverware, fold napkins, and prepare breadbasket linens
  • Polish silver service items and glassware to maintain presentation standards
  • Clean and store highchairs and booster seats
  • Assist with daily cleaning tasks across event and dining spaces
  • Attend staff meetings and required training sessions
  • Support overall Club operations and perform additional duties as assigned
