Coordinate details of contract with the Chef de Party and Events Manager Responsible for confirming Staff Assignments with MOD prior to service staff arrival Confirm Pull Sheet with Culinary and MOD. Supervise the placement of tables, chairs, table settings, and serving stations to make sure they are placed properly Consult with Chef to discuss the timing of the meal courses being served Greeting Client POC upon arrival and review details of BEO with Client to confirm understanding and expectation. Be a secondary contact for the Client, MOD will be the primary. This Role will communicate and coordinate between MOD and Client if needed Oversee the seeing of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tables Manage the availability of liquor and soft drinks Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary What You Bring: Minimum 3 year’s experience servicing events in a fast-paced restaurant or event’s space preferred. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience servicing events in a fast-paced restaurant or event’s space preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Extensive knowledge of event's service styles and service setups
