About The Position

The Country Club of North Carolina is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events and large functions. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown according to event specifications
• Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient, professional service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely food and beverage service
• Maintain clean, organized banquet spaces before, during, and after events
• Interact with members and guests, addressing requests and ensuring satisfaction
• Review event details with event coordinators or management
• Monitor banquet supplies and report equipment or inventory needs
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
