We are seeking a dedicated and organized Banquet Captain to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and Kitchen Manager to ensure the seamless execution of all banquet events. Your leadership and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure smooth operations - Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager to meet event requirements and specifications - Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery - Ensure all banquet areas are prepared according to event plans and safety standards - Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction - Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff to uphold service standards - Monitor and manage event timelines, ensuring timely execution from start to finish Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in banquet or event service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously - Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Attention to detail and organizational skills Join our team and be part of a vibrant, guest-focused environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.
