This team member is able to solve problems diplomatically and helps to create thoughtful teaching moments for their fellow team members on all things service, menus, and beverage pairings. Their primary role as senior server on the floor is to help create memorable guest experiences for all that walk in the door. This individual’s expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu. It dives deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. This person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Requirements

Ability to create relationships with guests and create guests for life
Good organizational skills
Ability to carry food and drink trays

Responsibilities

Understanding and knowing beverage, specialty drink and wine options and be able to help guests
Understanding of Kitchen timing and staying organized and firing food in correct timetable
