About The Position

- Ensure that the all aspects of Crosswinds Front of House and Banquet departments are operating under the policies and procedures that have been established by the HR Department and the General Manager.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Graduate
Minimum Bartending and events Experience: 1 Year
Must perform general physical activities.
Must possess basic knowledge of the language and terminologies used in this occupation.
Must possess the ability to receive and follow direction and be dependable.
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Must have ability to drive a golf cart
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Drivers Licence with good driving record required

Nice To Haves

Preferred Bartending and events Experience: 1 Year
Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Bartending/Event Service/Server Experience

Responsibilities

Opening and closing of the restaurant and events.
Weekend availability is required.
Oversee the management of the FOH and Banquets when FOH Manager is not present.
Keeping all areas of Grille 19 and the banquet room clean and orderly.
Manage all daily operations of the bar (re-stocking, etc).
Responsible for execution of Banquet setup and breakdown.
In charge of regular cleaning of bar, foyer, banquet room, bathroom, windows including sweeping, mopping, re-stocking, etc.
Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.
Maintains open communication with Director of Sales and General Manager.
Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Assist BOH of house if necessary.
