Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of restaurant functions including food planning, sanitation, security, and personnel management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well with a variety of personality types.
High school diploma/GED.
2 years of supervisory leadership experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving walking or standing.
Includes stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions.
Indoor work with potential exposure to temperature changes.

Nice To Haves

1-year hospitality or banquet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Requisition additional help based on the banquet schedule.
Direct table setups, decorations, and serving order.
Ensure servers are prepared and service is timely, quiet, and courteous.
Supervise and train wait staff and setup team.
Actively participate in room setup and service.
Manage banquet check control and inventory equipment.
Comply with security, safety, emergency, and energy procedures.
Meet and greet hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Operate the banquet department in the manager’s absence.
Follow company policies and embrace O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, and other company cultures.
Perform other duties as required.
