As the Banquet Bartender, you'll be a familiar face in a variety of outlets, delivering exceptional service with confidence and care. What You Bring One year of bartending and/or serving experience Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire Strong knowledge of drink recipes, safe serving practices, and customer care Calm, reliable presence and a love for great service Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's) Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process Physical Requirements and Work Environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by Guest needs or event schedules. Requirements

One year of bartending and/or serving experience
Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, safe serving practices, and customer care
Calm, reliable presence and a love for great service
Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's)

Responsibilities
