Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
- Alcohol certification as required by law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and motivate a diverse team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, verify age, and take food and drink orders.
- Suggest menu items, answer questions, and engage with guests.
- Serve responsibly, adhering to all regulations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
- Maintain and clean the bar area, including stocking and setup.
- Prepare and serve beverages per company recipes.
- Process payments and manage cash drops.
- Follow company policies and communicate positively with managers, co-workers, and guests.
- Obtain and maintain liquor certification as required.
- Embrace company culture and perform additional duties as needed.
