Job Duties: Possess a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix drinks accurately, quickly, and without waste. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages. Serve drinks and food to bar guests. Observe guests to respond to their needs and ensure total guest satisfaction by serving all items in a friendly and timely manner. Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication of guests and handling an intoxicated guest. Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes. Stock and prepare garnishes for drinks. Maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, and other bar supplies. Responsible for ordering and maintaining an inventory of liquor, mixes, and other bar supplies. Collect payment and operate P.O.S. computer quickly and efficiently. Balance and secure all moneys at the end of shift. Must be dressed neatly and well groomed in clean, Company approved uniform at all times. Must be able to operate P.O.S. computer, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions.

Requirements

• Bartending - Advanced
• Serving - Novice
• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
• Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest
• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
• Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals
• Must be able to pass bar training and validation process.
• 1 year experience in a similar role required
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate English
• High School or better
• 1 year: Bartending
• Food Handler Certificate
• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
