Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess basic computational ability.
Must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards.
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards.
Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations.
Maintain a clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc.
Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift.
Perform assigned side-work to include opening and closing inventory of spirits.
Assist servers and managers as necessary
