About The Position

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Banquet Bartender, a key player in our vibrant events you will not just serve drinks; you will be the curator of heartfelt moments, an alchemist of flavors, and the heartbeat of our social haven. Connect with the Beverage Captain to review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), confirming event details (location, timeline, product, assignments, flow, etc.) Ensure that the bar is well-stocked at all times, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while assisting guests at the bar. Relate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service Be knowledgeable about the drink offerings on the Banquet menu and BEOs, as well as all standard drinks, to assist guests in choosing their beverage based on likes/dislikes Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operation of events, including but not limited to moving rental equipment.

Requirements

  • One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.

Responsibilities
