Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintain a clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc.
• Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift.
• Perform assigned side-work to include opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Assist servers and managers as necessary
