Banquet Bartender General Responsibilities Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) at the beginning of each shift to ensure bars are set as contracted. Confirm and setup bar needs to contract for the event. Prepare bar for use; sanitizing, set up Be in communication with the banquet Manager regarding any special needs. Ensuring that the bars are set up on time. Make adjustments as needed and relay that information to the Banquet Manager or Captain on duty. Pass any information that is needed to the Banquet Manager or Captain on duty. Ensure bar is maintained, cared for appropriately and stored properly. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all venue areas of the Running Y Resort. Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to Banquet Manager. If no upcoming events, have liquor room clean and organized and liquor inventoried done for next event. Keep inventory of all Conference Center equipment in order and stored in their appropriate areas. Work with Banquet and Sales Staff to transport any and all items needed for an outdoor event on the resort property. Provide all group guests with a lasting experience of the resort with intent for return business. Assist Banquet Staff with events and food and beverage services; including, but not limited to, serving tables, clearing plates, running food to and from buffet lines, etc. Delivering Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic drinks for service to your customers table. Properly open and pour wine at the tableside. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Banquet Manager or Captain on duty. Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook. Perform all other duties as assigned. Demonstrates S.E.E. (Smile, Eye Contact, and Engage) daily.
