Requirements Job Summary The Banquet Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operations during catered events and banquets, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient service execution, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations. This role supervises bartending staff, coordinates bar setup and breakdown, manages inventory and supplies, and maintains quality and presentation standards. The Banquet Bar Supervisor works closely with event and catering teams to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
