About The Position

Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Club Bar Manager (Assistant Manager level) who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. Requirements

  • Strong liquor & wine knowledge required
  • Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess a "Guest First" mentality and be proficient in problem solving and dealing with guest feedback
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others to work cooperatively to achieve a designated goal

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and takes responsibility for the financials of the department with a focus on COGS and labor.
  • Organizes and directs the Club Bar operations to maximize profitability while upholding the company's values, policies, quality, and guest experience standards.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing team: particiaptes in the interview process, effectively trains, motivates, evaluates, develops & retains talent.
  • Actively mangae the F&B operations, quality of service and interact with guests and staff during operations.
