About The Position

A leading national law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its sophisticated Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Litigation practice in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have: 3 - 5 years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors rights litigatio Excellent writing skills , strong attention to detail, and top academic credentials Experience supporting complex corporate restructurings, including: Debtor and creditor representations in Chapter 11 cases Chapter 9 municipal insolvencies Distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings (in- and out-of-court) Active Delaware Bar admission (required) This is an excellent opportunity to gain significant responsibility and professional growth working with a national platform and highly regarded team. Requirements
