Associate - Bankruptcy
About The Position
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an opening in our Miami or Orlando offices for a Bankruptcy Associate with 2-3 years’ experience – judicial clerkship a plus. The successful candidate must be admitted to The Florida Bar and should ideally have: Experience with Chapter 11 business bankruptcies, creditors’ rights litigation, assignments for the benefit of creditors, representing fiduciaries, as well as complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation (including avoidance actions). Ability to handle court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, and negotiations. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to successfully work on multiple projects with lawyers in different offices simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail. Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Admitted to The Florida Bar
