About The Position

As a Bankruptcy Administrative Assistant in our Columbia Office, you will be responsible for performing clerical and support duties and providing administrative support to the bankruptcy department. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Draft bankruptcy pleadings
  • Input data, update websites, and perform status inquiries
  • File, image and copy documents as needed
  • Maintain calendar of appointments
  • Update firms case management software with appropriate information relating to each file
  • Any clerical tasks as needed
