The Banking Center Manager I is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service banking office, including operations, regulatory compliance, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. The Banking Center Manager develops new deposit business; provides a superior level of customer service, and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. This officer provides leadership, training and supervision to office staff. The Banking Center Manger participates in community initiatives to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business relationship opportunities.
