Responsibilities

• Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
• Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
• Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
• Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
• May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.
