About The Position

Join Utah First Credit Union's vibrant team at our Washington, Utah branch as a 40-hours-a-week Teller / Loan Processor. We're on the lookout for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers navigate their financial journey. Branch hours for this role are between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mon-Fri and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age: 18
• Previous experience in customer service and financial services
• Knowledge of consumer lending practices
• Strong proficiency in cash handling

Responsibilities

• Processing transactions
• Assisting with loan applications
• Promoting credit union products
• Exceeding monthly loan production targets
• Interacting with customers in-person and over the phone
