About The Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an FT Bank Teller/ Account Services Representative to join our consumer banking team at the Ham Lake location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with services for a variety of routine banking services including teller transactions, opening and closing personal accounts, savings certificates, safe deposit boxes, vault cash, general reconciliation, processing loan payments, mail-in transactions, cashier’s checks/money orders, online banking and IRA/HSA accounts, ATM service, and building customer relationships. You will also promote other bank services and refer customers to designated bank representatives for lending or other services as needed. We offer our Bank Teller/ Account Service Representative a competitive salary based on experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays. Hours coincide with bank hours. *New Team Members must successfully complete attendance and performance standards. Hiring bonus payouts are $700 after 90 days and $300 after one year.
