Turning Point Action is seeking a well-experienced and highly motivated individual who is responsible for providing comprehensive training to employees for our Chase the Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching Ballot Chasing Representatives to ensure they meet operational objectives, preparing learning materials and presentations for trainees, presenting training guides, and identifying training needs to equip trainees to be effective in the field. Other duties will also include, but are not limited to, working closely with members of the strategic team and Ballot Chasing Managers to develop training courses and establish methods to track employee training performance. The Ballot Chasing Trainer will be expected to have a deep knowledge of our initiative to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge out in the field.
