Baler Operator 3rd Shift
About The Position
Seda North America is seeking a Baler Operator on 3rd shift to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, is organized and likes making the most of their time. Apply now, then come meet our team at 12501 Globe Dr. Mt. Pleasant, WI 53177. Pay starts at $20+ per hour, plus earn the shift premium of +$2.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday 11pm-7am. No mandatory OT! Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience with using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Strong focus on following safety and PPE requirements as trained
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in manufacturing setting strongly preferred
- technical degree or other certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently collect scrap paper and other materials from the production floor
- Use sit down and stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other equipment
- Load Baler and create bales that are ready to ship
- Maintain safe, clean and organized area
- Load materials into shredder
