About The Position

As a Baleen Server, you will ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Servers work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. LaPlaya's Baleen Casual Fine Dining Restaurant is looking for a motivated, friendly, organized, and team-oriented person to join our award-winning team. Baleen is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, which has the most vivid west coast sunsets and will provide daily inspiration as we work toward our goal of giving the highest service quality to our guest experience. Requirements

Basic understanding of hospitality and service industry
Previous upscale restaurant server experience required
Hospitable, positive upbeat personality, work well on a team, desire to learn, and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail, desire to do a fantastic job
Must be able to work weekends.
