The Bakery Team Lead supports daily operations and serves as the person in charge when the manager is not on site. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional product quality, upholding brand standards, and ensuring smooth shift execution. While this position will learn both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, the primary focus will be production, frosting, and back-of-house leadership.
