BAKERY PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD: Hourly Lead Person working in Bakery Section and responsible for its day-to-day operation. This person's primary duties are to assist the Department Manager and supervise the Bakery staff including customer service, employee relations, bakery production, scheduling, training and orientation, ordering, pricing, merchandising, organizing promotions and product demonstrations, suggestive selling, rotation, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), pricing, markdowns, housekeeping, and sanitation. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
