About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Production Lead to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $30/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 6am-2pm. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years' work in bakery
Prior supervisory experience
Completes tasks promptly and carefully
Ability to work quickly and cleanly
Ability to respond to continually changing priorities
Must have the ability to interpret and follow a recipe and procedures
Ability to read and write English

Responsibilities

Directing, leading, and training staff
Assisting bakery production operations from start to finish; including mixing, proofing, oven and machine operations, and packaging
Maintain cleanly work area which may include cleaning floors, utensils, equipment, walls and metal surfaces to keep them clean, sanitary and orderly
