The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating joyful guest experiences. Requirements
- Prior management experience (retail, restaurant, or bakery preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Manage, train, and motivate team members
- Deliver excellent guest service and product quality
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and performance goals
