The Bakery/Lead Clerk acts as a backup to the department manager, overseeing the department successfully in the manager’s absence. This role involves mastering the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which include merchandising, order guides, scheduling, contribution to profit, people development, and customer service. The individual is also expected to demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
