About The Position
This position involves backing up the department manager and successfully overseeing the department in the manager’s absence. This includes mastering Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to merchandising, order guides, scheduling, profit contribution, people development, and customer service. The role also requires demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities
- Backup the department manager and oversee the department successfully in the manager’s absence.
- Master the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) including merchandising, order guides, scheduling, contribution to profit, people development and customer service.
