About The Position
This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the Bakery department, and controlling quality assurance standards. The role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the Bakery department and demonstrating the company's core values. Gerbes, based in Missouri, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in 6 stores across Columbia and Jefferson City. Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and control all established quality assurance standards.
- Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department.
