About The Position

The Bakery/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. This role also involves controlling quality assurance standards and monitoring all functions and activities within the Bakery department. The individual is expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
  • Control all established quality assurance standards
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department
