About The Position

Bread Associates are the building block of 85°C. Constant standing and walking, repetitive bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 - 40 pounds (not limited), full body range of motion. Room temperature change, ability to withstand blast freezer, cooler and heat temps, understand and ability to operate different machinery; industrial ovens, mixer, dough lifter, etc.Job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.   • This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
  • This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
  • Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in baking and or food manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sufficient cake products based on forecast, and or prep list, maintaining cake quality to meet 85C standards.
  • Perform daily functions, such as baking, mixing, shaping, receiving/gathering ingredients; depending on the assigned role/task.
  • Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. (Current, valid food handler card REQUIRED)
