While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge and basic understanding of all operations in the bakeshop.
- Working knowledge and basic understanding necessary to bake, mix, including but not limited to wet mixing, dry mixing, creaming, and whipping.
- Six months of in-house training as a Baker’s Helper or at least one year outside training in related fields.
- Ability to obtain all necessary works cards
Responsibilities
- Following Recipe Book and Guidelines
- Using all supplies necessary to provide exceptional guest service
- Maintaining kitchen and equipment in good working order and ensuring that the work area is clean and hazard-free
- Working hands-on in any kitchen environment, including those involving a three-meal period and high volume production, and bake all types of cakes, pies, pastries, breads, and tortes for guest services according to Station Casinos Standards and Specifications.
