About The Position
Trinity Landing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to become a part of our team. This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive pay rate of up to $21.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our bakers by prepping and measuring ingredients and assisting with the baking of cookies, brownies, dinner rolls, and a variety of other treats. Please note that this role requires availability for early morning shifts as well as weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is preferred.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends is essential.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and weigh ingredients to support bakers in recipe creation.
- Assist in baking a range of goods, including cookies, brownies, and dinner rolls.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace throughout each shift.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
