About The Position

The World Equestrian Center - Ocala Resort is hiring a Baker I for Emma's in The Equestrian Hotel. Primarily responsible to prepare and cook foods according to recipes and procedures per restaurant/outlet specifications. 3:00 am shift This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the associate occupying this position. Requirements

Friendly guest service personality and positive attitude always exhibited.
Knowledge of advanced baking techniques with 3 to 5 years of progressive culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Previous exposure to pastry preparation
Demonstrates creative ability
Serve safe certification
Excellent communication skills.
