About The Position
Baker / Bake Assistant Temp-to-Hire | Daytime & Some Weekends $13–$15/hour to start Collegeville, PA Expectations of Baker: Mix and prepare batches according to established recipes and production schedules Frost cakes and cupcakes to bakery standards and custom order specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable bakery counter Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate and collaborate with bakers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations BAKE ASSISTANT would support Baker in all of these duties Requirements: Ability to work daytime shifts and weekends as needed Previous bakery or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment Reliable and detail-oriented Available Positions at this location: Baker Bake Assistant Dishwasher/Utility Benefits: Hourly pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days Fun, friendly, and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within the franchise Be part of a bakery that brings smiles to customers every day Please share this opportunity!
