About The Position

As a Bell Baggage Handler at Bellagio, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable guest experience with your friendly smile and exceptional service. By taking the time to understand each guest's unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, crafting WOW moments that they will cherish long after their stay by delivering outstanding hospitality that makes every visit special!

Requirements

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Guest service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
  • Bring luggage in or out for Hotel groups
  • Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
  • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
