One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Bag Room Attendants to join the team at the Woodstock Country Club. Named one of the top 100 golf resorts by Golf Magazine, the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf course at Woodstock Inn & Resort is an 18-hole masterpiece of terrain features that excite the most seasoned player. Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the Kedron Valley, our full-service facility is open to the public and also features a Golf Shop, practice range, putting green, private lessons, and the Fairway Grill restaurant and bar. Job Summary: The Bag Room Attendants will be responsible for creating a welcoming, first-class experience for our members and guests from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior golf operations experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude
- Provide exceptional service including bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
- Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to ensure they are clean, fully stocked, and ready for play
- Assist with the setup and execution of tournaments, outings, and member events
- Maintain a clean and organized cart area, bag drop area, podium, parking lot, and surrounding clubhouse grounds
- Communicate course policies, cart rules, and pace-of-play expectations in a friendly and professional manner
