Join The Nation's Largest Security Company, Expanding Internationally! Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Security Badge Analyst. The Corporate Security Badge Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting client employees, contingent workers, and guests with navigating the client workplace environment, to ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and badging protocols. Badge Analysts will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the employee and guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior professional or educational (internship or volunteer) administrative or direct customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to correspond and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Organizational skills; detail-oriented, self-starter, with exceptional organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills; ability to act or respond, with minimal information
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, accountability, character, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and organize with competing demands for priority

  • Prior access control or security badging/identification system experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all client employees and guests
  • Provide professional first impression to employees and guests
  • Partner with client internal and external teams to coordinate building access as appropriate
  • Learn, utilize and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Lenel badging system and all badging processes
  • Ensure that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates or guests, are addressed and conducts a follow-up, if needed
  • Cultivate relationships with associates, to better understand their requirements and improve client's ability to address them
  • Provide high touch support to associates in the workplace, specifically in lobbies and other high traffic areas; this includes, providing associates with tools, support and information about the building(s)
  • Regularly assess space readiness; ensuring lobby areas are welcoming, safe and ready for occupancy
  • Ensure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates and guests, are adequately addressed
  • Manage card access requests, approve, process and ship access cards to employees across the enterprise
  • Create and assign badge access levels
  • Create and disseminate badge audits, reports, and metrics
  • Perform service troubleshooting and basic vendor coordination for service calls
  • Handle invoicing, alarm permits, false alarm audits
  • Manage response plans
  • Manage intrusion alarm system code requests
