About The Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to help support a Background Investigative Services Contract. The QAO oversees quality assurance processes across investigative operations, monitors performance metrics, identifies trends, and drives continuous improvement to ensure investigative accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. The QAO is also responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining the Quality Control Program in accordance with DHS requirements.

Requirements

  • Six (6) or more years of experience in the personnel security investigations or background investigations industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer the Quality Control Contact Program in support of the Background Investigative Services BPA
  • Ensure all background investigations receive the required two-tier review in compliance with Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) and customer guidance
  • Oversee and manage the overall Quality Control Program, including policies, procedures, workflows, and documentation.
